The topics of the class will include (but may not be limited to) the following:

P        Fundamentals of frames and applications.

P        Frame multiresolution analysis and wavelet frames.

P        Theory of pseudoframes for subspaces (PFFS).

P        Construction examples of bi-wavelets using PFFS and applications.

P        Fusion frames and non-orthogonal fusion frames. 

P        A brief introduction to sparse representation and compressed sensing. 

P        Open problems on applications of PFFS and fusion frames.
