(CM)² Past Project Assistant

I am currently a Graduate Student at San Francisco State in the Broadcast and Electronic Communication Program (BECA). My focus is in television production and writing.

Previously I spent my undergraduate career at the beautiful Sacramento State University Campus.

Growing up, I've been deeply involved in various community outreach programs. I have personally been a tutor as well as a teaching assistant. I believe that community is something to be treasured and that educational advances unite communities everywhere.

One of my biggest challenges academically was Mathematics. Throughout my high school years, my mentor was my Math teacher. And by the end of my senior year, she taught me a priceless lesson not only about working hard, but about myself.

Because of this, I am extremely passionate about supporting all outreach programs, especially in areas of difficulty such as Mathematics.

Outside of my professional and educational life, I am an avid reader and can always be found with a book in my possession! I love taking trips, because home is then much more appreciated. I love to have fun, whether it's camping or shopping, I am open-minded and ready for any challenge that comes my way.
